Thursday 8:00 am at the Macon Hospital. Having repairs made to my old body from my motorcycle wreck in Yellowstone a year and a half ago. It will be out patient surgery and I should be home around noon. Then a week or so of relaxing with no lifting and start trying to get some weight off and get back in shape. I thought it was a torn stomach muscle but it turned out to be a high hernia and it is getting worse. I put this off way too long and need to get it done before it gets worse. Better now than next spring.

My prayers are with you for a successful surgery and a quick recovery. Did you get any snow last night? We got our first snow yesterday, about 1/2 inch. It has been very cold here the last few days.

Yes it snowed off and on here all day yesterday and some over night. Had about 1/2 inch on the ground this morning. Definitely a tracking snow on November 29th. Cold and lots of wind here today.

Don't cough, don't laugh, take your drugs and don't overdo it.
Sending prayer. It's gonna be a whole lot better.

Prayers are with you. Just have them take a little weight off while your under and their going in there any way. Just kidding. Wish it were that easy. Goes on a lot easier then it comes off.
Good luck Watchman and take care. Heal up properly so you can make the National in June.
My son in St. Louis called me the other day and said it was snowing. You guys are getting it a little early?
Our best to you and may your recovery be fast and painless.

Update on Watchman from VROC site:
"Thank you for the good thoughts. We needed them this morning. Surgery went
well and then coming out of the surgery, Jim was having some pain the nurse
gave him some pain medicine only 1cc instead of 3cc like she was suppose to
which was good because his oxygen levels dropped, he would fall asleep and
she would have to wake him to keep him breathing. We stayed in the hospital
until late this afternoon before they thought he was stable enough to come
home. I was glad that they did.... So to everyone that said a little pray
or gave us good thoughts thank you."
