I'm looking for something to cover my axle nuts too. I called Baron's and they said that they WILL NOT fit the 1600s. The fork diameter is larger on the 1600s. I did find some fork skins from Kuryakyn (part # 8690) for the 1600s, but they won't be available until the mid to end of December. here's a link to them.....

I measured the bottom of my fork tube. It is shaped like a D. Across the widest part it is 1 15/16" & across the flat it is 1 1/2".

So far i have never ran across any that fit the 1600, been looking.

The install instructions for the part 8690 show them on a Vulcan. Gives you a somewhat better look at them.
