Let's see those custom painted Nomads. One day I'm going to add to the black on mine. Sure would be nice to see some samples.
Thanks,

I must apologize up front as this is not a Nomad tank, but being the proud (and sometimes stupid) Norwegian that I am, I just had to share this cool paint job of a fellow Viking that I know... ;)!

I can't find a photo of it...but I had a similar motif on my old Sportster years ago.

Cheers....Kris

Some of these people are really talented. I'm thinking about some nice flames on mine.

Zoom there is a lady in Meridian that can airbrush any thing you can think up her name is Lisa Neal I don't have her address but she goes to most of the rally's in northern Ms. She did my vest in 2000 and it still looks great (the airbrushing not the vest)

:)I had my 05 Nomad painted a custom color and pin striped. No air brushing, just a color. http://s2.images.proboards.com/cheesy.gif

I like it, the teal metal flake looks pretty chunky more bass boat metal flake than a fine metallic flake.

Can't help you right now but in the spring I will get back to you. Getting it painted this winter during down time.

I read this and laughed.... My Volusia that I custom painted was nicknamed the bassboat. 3 coats of heavy metal flake in green candy over black. I'm thinking about painting the Nomad this winter.
