I have a Kawasaki Nomad 1600 FI 2007. I think I am going to by pipes for the bike. I heard a set of Vance & Hines Baggers and like the sound. What fuel module should I use? Has any one done this and can they give me the settings. One last thing. What does this due to the gas mileage?

You really don't need a fuel processor unless you change the intake.

I ran for about 2 weeks with just the pipes. I then did a caddman setup on the right side, marbled, and did the resister mod to the temp sensor. Less than an hour to do and around $25.
I have had mileage as good as 50 mpg, but that was as highway at constant speed otherwise it varies from 35 to 45, depending on riding conditions and how much you get on it.

Same here, except I have the Techlusion TFI, and a Thunder air kit.

I have Cobra true duels, and I run a Power commander, with the map for Vance & Hines baggers (did not have a map for Cobras, so close enough). I run the power commander in the (0) position in all 3 ports. In other words, just the map for the Vance & Hines, and not + or - that map... But a fuel processor is not necessary for pipes alone. MPG does drop with a processor, not sure if it has to if you just keep tabs on the right wrist, but then again, the processor does make the bike run richer,so to decrease pinging. So I guess it should burn more fuel !

I have the V&H, the caddmann open air intake and the Cobra Fi2000r Fuel Processor. Runs sweet and the settings are at: 1.2-4.5-0.
Still not sure on the mpg yet. Was getting 33~35 before all the mods.

I found on a recent trip that if I go the speed limit http://s2.images.proboards.com/angry.gif:(" title=">:(" border="0"/> the entire way, that I can get about 42.5 MPG but if I drive the way I normally do,,, n http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif not really paying attention to speed and kinda just going with the flow, that I get around 38 MPG.
Seems like a big difference but then again, it is the first time I went a whole tank at the posted speed limits. ;)
