Whats that device on the Nomad?

I'm sure some of you have gone to the Kawasaki site and looked at the new Nomads. Is that electronic device mounted next to the turn signals/horn for a CB or what? I noticed they pictured the '07 Nomad with antennas (2) mounted as well. Does anyone know the specifics on that new electronic gizmo?
