Well this must be one of the top-10 riding weekends this season. I hope everyone will be able to put in a few miles and do so safely. Hopefully I'll have the time soon to meet up with some folks from this website and meet them in person.

Enjoy everyone!!!!

Cindy and I rode down through the Catskill Mountains yesterday and tody. Man there is some pretty scenery there but no way to get good pics. the shoulder of the roads are thin and the pulloffs have trees blocking the view :-/
Went into Conn. and Mass just so I could say I have riden in two more states http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

Fish - nice trip!!! PA is a HUGE state with a lot of prime riding opportunities!!

TopCat - we (a group from Volusiariders) have a "OctoVRrally" in Cooperstown at the Lake 'n' Pines motel the first weekend in October (3rd - 5th). Can't wait to get up in that area again - it's really beautiful and only about 130 miles from my house. We always welcome other riders no matter their brand of bike (hey, I'm an outsider now, too LOL). If any interest (others, too!!), let me know and I'll post detail - we have already 30-40 bikes booked and there's rooms to be had. We get a special discount rate at around $84/night (includes taxes).

Here's the link to the VR site with details: CLICKIE (http://www.volusiariders.com/viewtopic.php?t=75704&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=)

Cheers.
