www.cuil.com (http://www.cuil.com) started today with the intention of competing with Google. The article stated that it is supposed to have better capabilities. After the initial search, the preferences can be changed to remove the safe search default option if so desired. Couldn't sleep, it gave me something to do. Seems as fast or faster than Google. Found 1,867 results for KawaNOW, so at least that part of it is excellent. http://s2.images.proboards.com/cool.gif

They're going to have to do A LOT better than that do compete with Google.

* a typo. Please check your spelling.
* your search includes a term that is very rare. Try to find a more common substitute.
* too many search terms. Please try fewer terms.

THIS is what I got...I didn't cap the NOW part....you must have to be more correct in the wording then on Google...I got over 10 pages with the word Kawanow in it thru Google.

I went back to the site and typed kawanow again. The first two items were the main KawaNOW site and the main page to the forum. Then it went on from there. Suppose it could be any number things that glitched it. If nothing else, it gives us another search engine to explore while we are looking for things.
