Hey Rich, I don't use a cane yet but there is plenty of room for my "Depends" in the saddlebags. http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

I saw at Wal-mart in sporting goods, brackets that mount on the handlebars for a 4-wheeler, these should mount as easy on handlebars of a bike. They allow for you to lay gun or whatever across the bars and ride.

My Uncle sticks a folding cane in the saddlebag of his Wing. That could be an option.

More seriously, you could get saddle bag racks, which look great, and attach it to them lengthwise along the bike when you ride.

They used to make rifle scabbards that bolt to the front forks of a motorcycle. I think any leather guy could make you a nice cane scabbard that attaches to the bolts of the windshield and one lower shield.

I don't know if the info is valid anymore, but Brian at ROEMOTION: roemotion@gmail.com makes shotgun mounts for police bikes. If he is in business, I am sure he could do canes.
