My guess is the lower amount is for just an oil change and the higher figure is for an oil and filter change ?

I have watched several videos in Youtube and some call for 4.5 with filter, another calls for 5.3 quarts with filter. Would like to know what the user manual or repair manual calls for. 2020 Vaquero?
