So i have 07 Nomad that has been sitting for 2 years.
I took out of the garage and cleaned it up.
I drain the gas out of it, put in fresh.
Installed new battery, Spun and it would not start.
Shot a little starting fluid, and it started for couple seconds.
Any way looking for fuel pump relay, and the fuse location. It isnt to clear on some web sites.
Is the fuel pump relay part of the fuse terminal block?
Is it hidden under the fuel tank?
Any help would be appreciated

You should hear the fuel pump cycle on and pump up when you first turn the key on. If not then it either the pump or the relay.
Believe its under the seat.

What They Said!
Plumber is right, will need to remove seat, and your right hand side cover....all the fuseblock, relays are located close....
After relay, If you don't hear the pump running with cascap open, I'd say its pump replacement time....

The fuel pump relay is usually part of the fuse box, but it's kind of tucked away under the seat. If you're not finding it there, it might be under the fuel tank, but I'd double-check the fuse box first since that's where it
