2011 Vulcan Vaquero. Turn signals quit working. Hazards don’t work either.
Fuse looks good
Looked for the relay described in other threads, next to the battery. It’s not there. There is a four wire plug that looks like what I’ve seen in other pictures, but it’s capped off, seemingly from the factory.
What am I missing?
