Has anyone done a coolant flush/replace on a Vaquero or Voyager without removing the crossbar? Any tricks or tips on removing the lower rad hose from the rad without removing the crossbar?

Greetings,
I just pulled the bottom hose off the radiator. Helps drain engine to have the rear tire off. (And the tank off, and the radiator cap off...) Don't recall fighting the crossbar...
Ride safe,

I am due to do mine again - don't recall the cross bar being a hassle to get off - pretty straight forward as I recall . . . Having it up on a lift helps a lot . . .

The cross bar is not hard to remove and moving it makes it easier to keep coolant off the R/R connectors. You don't want old (or even new, for that matter) coolant to get on those connectors.
