Engine Chrome Wrinkle

Hey Everybody,
I have a '11 Vaquero. 50,000 miles on it. While cleaning it after a ride, I noticed that on the right side, the chrome on the top of the front cylinder, the wide band, has a wrinkle in it. And NO, I repeat NO my bike has not gotten too hot!! LOL.
Anyway just wondering if someone else has seen this?

That chrome on top of the cylinder is plastic, so it shouldn't be hard to scuff and repaint.
Or even hydro dip chrome.
It never gets hot.

Only time mine has wrinkles is when I'm sitting on it.
