What is known as the Cabot Trail Loop ( Badeck around the trail back to Badeck), is just over 185 miles long 298killometers. The section of highway known as "The Boars Back" runs between French Mountain (1493ft) and MacKenzie Mountain (1220ft). It has vertical drop offs of 1500ft on one side and 1100ft the other side. MacKenzie mountains descent has a series of sweeping 180 degree turns. Then there is North Mountain which climbs to 1460ft. This ride will not lack scenery, got that camera ready Sue ?

Definitely an advantage riding on the back of a bike = Chance of a lot more pics and some pretty spectacular ones I can imagine. Sue does like to take pictures for sure from what I remember

I have been researching for the rally and it seems the only thing I will be interested in is riding to see the scenery, eating and hanging out with everyone again.

The rally is second to me also. Had it not been the friends I've made, the first rally would have been the last one.

Should have known History would forever haunt me. Thank God I'm not running for political office.

The April issue of Road Runner has an article on the Cabot Trail. Mary and I couldn't wait for Spring so we loaded up the Nomad and went down to Georgia and did some riding. Say Pete, are you still wearing your Kawasaki green?

I read the article, I stand by my earlier posts.
Damn it Dave, you could have swung through NY and loaded our bikes and took us with you. We are sick of this winter also.
