What a gorgeous day to ride! The sun finally came through and warmed things up making a great day for riding even better. I started my morning with breakfast in Lebanon, NH and heading up through Lyme and across the Connecticut River and onto route 113 from US5 in East Thetford through Thetford Hill, Thetford Center, Post Mills, West Fairlee, Vershire and into Chelsea. Chelsea is a Shire town (county seat) that is in a river valley along which route 110 runs with 113 bisecting from the east. There aren't a lot of motorcycles that take advantage of the unique scenery due to 113 and 110 being somewhat rough in the Chelsea area. However, the adventurous biker successfully navigating the uneven tarmac is rewarded with a truly rural Vermont riding experience. Further to the north on 110 is Washington, VT and the road is fantastic pretty much all the way from East Barre down into Chelsea. Things do get bumpy though until you finally get through North Tunbridge and into Tunbridge, then it opens up all the way down into South Royalton to the junction of route 14 along the White River.
Here is a satellite view of the town of Chelsea:

And here are some pictures I took at the intersection of 110 and 113:
