Light Bar question

??? I am looking to add a light bar to my 07 Nomad and I have a question.

In some of the photos of Nomads with light bars, the turn signals are under the lights, the look I want, and in other photos the turn signals are along side the lights, the look I don't want.

So far, everywhere I look, all light bars for the 1600 Nomad have the turn signals outside the turn signals.

The lone (sort of) exception to this was on the Cruiser Customizing website. The photo of the light bar showed the turn signals underneath, but slightly offset to the side of the lights, but if you open the installation guide, it shows the turn signals outside of the lights.

Can anybody help with this??

I've been wrong before but I think the one with the turnsignals outside are Cobra and the ones with the turnsignals going down are the Kawi OEM Fire n' Steel.

I think the ones that are under the spots are for the VN1600 Classic that do not have the lower wind deflectors. Take a look at the Kawa website accessories and under the 1600 Classic. I don't know if the light bars are the same width as a Nad's or not.

If you don't want the signal lites out straight then you do not want the Cobra. I bought a Cobra because I wanted the signals out straight so my bike wouldn't look like a Harley http://s2.images.proboards.com/cool.gif

PS, I got sick of paying $9 for a bulb every time they blew, and that was quite often, so I changed mine to sealed beam today. Took me 3 freekin' hours http://s2.images.proboards.com/angry.gif:(" title=">:(" border="0"/>

I have the Kawa OEM F&S lightbar (K32001-011) on my 06 Nad and the turn signals are on the outside.

I appreciate the replies so far... One thing though, I frankly don't give a rat's a#@ what the Harley light bars look like.

I don't choose what I do to my Kawi based on what Harley's do or don't llok like.

Yes, quite nice. So, on those lights you are actually mounting the 2 lights individually to the windshield mounts, as opposesto mounting 1 light bar with 2 lights on it?

Correct, package comes with replacement bolts, add dab of Loc-Tite, 10 minutes and your done up to the wiring portion.

I think lupi on the delphi forum has them & they are the cobra for the 1600 classic. You may not be to put on the lower deflecters.
