TC......SAC is mfg. Goggle SAC grips.

High price, high quality, leather 129.95 grips with built-in throttle fraction lock.

Oversized, 7" long (for Kaw).

Looks interesting

None for me. I don't care for them either. Personally, I'd just spend the extra dough for a brakeaway if I was looking at that much for a throttle lock device.

Hey Jack....I'm starting to take your comments to my posts personally.
This is the third post I've started or entered where you comment on price too high.

129.95 ain't cheap, but for high quality leather grips with cruise control included isn't that much more than 60.00 for ISO and another 40.00 for Vista....plus add on throttle rocker and/or fancy ends caps and you are over!!

It isn't intentional, I assure you. I didn't say they were too expensive, I said I didn't like them and would spend the extra money on a brakeaway unit. You asked our opinions and I gave you mine. Nothing personal, please don't take it that way.

Hey they look cool but just not my style, plus I've already got the Kury grips and a cruise set-up on my bike.

I just wonder how they will hold up to the weather? Then if I did have them I'd have to start looking for some exotic leather for the seat and THAT would get expensive quick.

No problem on this end Jack.

I've been on steroids for 10 days because of a skin rash.
Can't eat, can't ride, can't sleep (been up since 2:30am Ga time), and wife says I'm friggin' testy as hell.
Actually I believe the direct quote was pain in the a$$

Sorry for the short fuse.....

Hey - I'm going to look into these. For one thing, I don't think the ISO grip is that great of a grip. All kinds of pressure points all over your hands, yuck. 2 - EVERYONE HAS THEM!!!! I'm so tired of seeing them, even on my own bike. And 3 - I need cruise control! Thanks for the link.

They look very nice, but all I can picture is a trailer queen and not a working bike like mine. Their website seems very slow and it was too much trouble to find the information on how they actually work. If anyone gets a set take pics and let us know.

I can not find any info on the website about what these things do or how they work. They look sharp but no info and tiny pix.

Go back into the website, click on the grip picture, will enlarge some. Also bring up install instructions and you see how the cruise control is designed to work. Its a fraction "grip" lock, controlled by rolling thumb ring which is riding on threads and putting pressure on end of grip .
"Suppose" to be easy on-easy off but I too would like to hear from some user. Cruise also can be overridden by throttle twist as most other fraction locks.
But....I ordered one mainly because (after phone call) was told if there is "anything" and rep emphasized "anything" again, I didn't like about quality, fit, finish, design, size (7")....whatever, send back for no questions asked full refund.
Obviously return must be made before glued down.
They are also hand made on order.
Suppose to be shipped about next Wed
We'll see
