Breather throttle body gasket question.

I just ordered a Thunder Mfg teardrop air breather and included the throttle body gasket in the order. Will I need to add some Permatex to the gasket or is just the gasket enough to make a good seal?

Some people do and some don't. I didn't and have had no problems with it to date. The choice is yours.

Good to add Permatex gasket goop like I did for the throttle body gasket....but for a breather gasket, if you got a good paper one that is all you will need....and snug the mounting bolts down tightly and evenly and there should be no leaks where other air can sneak in other than through the filter. My intake adapter did not come with a gasket so I permatexed it just to be sure while mating metal to metal.
