Thank you all for the kind welcome in the New Member Introductions thread. My quest to making the bike mine has gotten off to a so so start. Not a huge chrome fan so I Plasti Dipped the rear brake light trim, the headlight trim and the front turn signal bar. All look exactly how I wanted them. The amber lenses seemed out of place on the front so while I had them off, I decided to spray a coat of Night Shades on them since I couldn't find smoked covers anywhere. They turned out like poo and when I tried to remove the "paint", I made things worse. Before I order new OEM covers for an unreal amount of money, does anyone know of a quality set of signals with smoked lenses and incandescent bulbs?
For what bike? The Vaquero / Nomad / Classic lenses are smaller than the Voyager if we're talking 1700's. (You should create a sig so we know without asking maybe?) There's only one company worldwide making clear or smoked lenses for the Vaq sized turn signals. Lights4all has an Ebay store at this link (http://stores.ebay.com/lights4all/_i.html?_nkw=kawasaki+1700&submit=Search&_sid=110699378), and their own website as well.
They're not cheap, but there's a little more too them than most lenses (there's a reflector built in to each) - and anyway - if that's what you want, they're the only ones available... I changed out my front & rear turn signals for Vaq ones, and then put clear lenses on all. I'm happy with the results.

Thanks for the signature tip Peg. My bike is a 2015 Vaquero. I have read about the ebay seller you linked to and I remember reading that there was an issue with sizing. Those are exctly wht I hd in mind so I hope they fit. Even with shipping I bet they will be cheaper than the OEM ones.
