Maybe you need to look into getting a second bike like a KLR 650
the nomad is a great bike but it doesn't make a real good trials bike and no I didn't mean trails http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

I see I'm not the only one confused. There was a thread a few weeks ago about embarrassing drops. Perhaps Basco is referring to a post in that thread? ???

Nope, I don't think so. If you look at who started this thread it is justbrian. But there is no post from justbrian. I think justbrian posted about droping his bike and then after Basco replied, justbrian deleated his post. Actually I KNOW that is the only explination. Lets not let this thread die until justbrian owns up to it. ;) http://s2.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

Sorry guys i posted it and then went back to modify it...here is the skinny again.
I was doing some parkign lot practice and then shose to ride up an embankment. ive done this several time before but this one got me.
Not much damage. the crash gaurds really do a great job. i scuffed the saddlebag handle and got one of the passing lights.
I felt bad for the bike so i gave her a full detail.

It's painful to see a Nad lying helpless on the pavement. Kinda sad. Glad it wasn't serious though.
