Backrest

I purchased a gel seat from a member on here. I noticed it has the cut out for a driver back rest . Does anyone know one that will fit? Kawai doesn't make one even though they mage tha ole for one

I am under the impression that the backrest that Grasshopper makes will work with the seat. However I would call them and verify all of that first as I am NOT an expert on such matters. Here is the link to follow.

I just installed the grasshopper backrest on my 15 vaquero. The supplied bracket bolts to the oem one under the seat and the backrest drops down in the existing hole in the seat. Unfortunately i have not had the chanse to ride with it yet, we just got dumped with a foot of snow last night!,!!! You can buy it frm grasshoppers or ebay for the same price $80 bucks . I think Utopia makes one also that folds down and is more adjustable but costs more money.

When I get on the long haul, I just switch out the stock seat to my Mustang tour seat which is already set up with the driver backrest.
