Hey all,
Well spring is finally starting to appear and for most of us in the north east and eastern Canada We can at least begin to think about biking again.
I thought it would be worth mentioning the room status at our base motel at this point. 11 rooms are booked leaving only 4 of the 15 we reserved available. Unfortunatly we will not be able to hold these rooms much longer without risk of financial cost. There are 2 other rooms in this 17 room motel that can be booked as well if they are not taken yet by the general public. If you have been thinking of going to the 2016 North East / Canada East rally but have not reserved, now may be a good time to do so to assure a room at the base motel.

Norm, do you know if they have a cancellation policy? I'd love to attend, but i'm not sure if I can get the time off form work yet.

Yes due to this motel being a popular destination and people wanting to make summer vacation plans well in advance they will only cancel till may 15th, after that they will charge in full your credit card.
