I'm kinda fond of the Vaqueros myself.... 94,000+ miles (smiles) on my Vaq.

Love it , but kinda unsure on something on the left side of fairing in the little bin there is 2 cables with like 4 connectors on each what are they for ?

For the ipod or mp3 player. You must get an adapter.

Cables in the left storage compartment are to hook in a Kawasaki wiring harness for an iPod MP3

Congratulations on the new bike!
Welcome to the forum.
As stated the left side compartment cables are for audio AUX connections.
No blue tooth. Some of the guys have added a bluetooth unit to the AUX. Hopefully they will speak up.

Like smokier said, except for after market, Kawasaki and bluetooth are mutually exclusive terms. >:
