If you plan to attend any VBA rally please print and fill out the Rally Waiver.
Give the waiver to the rally leader upon arrival.
Although not required, for your protection it is recommended that you fill out the I.C.E Form and keep it on your person.
In case of an emergency it would provide medical personnel with needed information.
