Well I picked this bike up a few months ago and got spend some time riding it as is. I really liked the bike but it definately needed some changes for my level of comfort and looks. Once winter hit I decided to start gathering the parts that I needed. Here are some picks of the bike as I purchased it and what I have done with it.

Its a direct swap wheel that doesnt need any extra parts altough I believe they offer aftermarket chrome rotors to match the rim. The rotor is my factory one from the original wheel, calipers didnt need any modification. Uses factory axle and spacers.

That's awesome, are there less expensive 21" whee that are direct swap too ? That one seems to be like 2500$...

It seems expensive but it was $1099 with a tire and shipping.

Love the look. I plan to do the 21" Wheel, and Handlebars to both bikes next. Just wondered which Mini Ape Hangers you went with, and who did you order from?

That's the coolest nicest looking 1500 Classic I have seen yet to date. The front wheel looks awesome and I always like it when an owner can get a batwing fairing to work right on a bike and you made that happen. Paint looks awesome too! Sort of makes me miss my old 1500 Meanstreak quite a bit sometimes!

I think this is the first time I have posted a photo of the ol' 1500P but here she is....I put a lot of time and $$ into this bike and miss it a lot. Once you get going, there is no stopping....
