I just have to put the windshield and lowers on, then she'll be done for now.

I ordered a new windshield since I ruined my current one. Never keep the glass cleaner and a spray solvent that are in similar looking cans next to each other.

Fortunately I was running a short windshield, so I painted it black last night to use riding around town.

The same with the lowers. several months ago a friend was helping me bleed the brakes after putting the new master cylinder on. He spilled some brake fluid on one of the lowers. They now are also black.

I have new black mirrors coming. I'm just tired of cleaning the rust off the chrome.

I'm getting a like new set of V&H pipes. I just have to pick them up in Georgia.

I'm going to pull the front wheel. I have new rotors for it. I just have to decide if I'm just going to polish it up or paint it to match the rest of the black.

Flames would probably look great, but I'm finished painting for now.

A cheap one from ebay.

It was around $30 including shipping.

One of these days I'm going to get a Klockwerks, just not quite yet.

We need some pics of the assembled bike now, and I vote to color match the rotors.

Here are a couple of pics from last night.

I took it out Saturday for about 150 miles.

It sure drew some attention.

I'm considering painting the non-contact part of the rotors black and the calipers body color.

Very unique, especially like the color - is that creamsicle?
