Look up at the top red bar, over on the left side of it, click on the "User CP". go in there and make your changes on your selected fields, then make sure you "Save" your changes.

In the User CP, the "Edit Signature" feature also allows you to "Prevew Signature " so you can see how it's going to look. No need to send test posts.
