2012 Voyager , K/N air Filter in stock air box , Cobra tri Ovals slip-ons . and a PCV ...... Do I have to run the fuel processor with that set up ? or would the bike be to lean without it.

Anytime you add more airflow to the engine , you need to add more fuel or the bike will run lean....

Throw a stock filter back on there and unplug it. As long as the intake system hasn't been changed you should be good.
