Looking at a used 2012 Voyager, (white) 15,000 miles, $10,500. Looks like a fair price to me, anybody care to offer an opinion or tell me things to look for? Thanks,

If not already done, at that mileage, you may be needing a front tire soon. Head shake was an issues on mine until I tightened and greased the bearings at about 12k miles. If its an ABS bike, the right front brake pad may wear faster the the left due to being linked with the rear. Other than that, all its needs maybe is rode more.

The stock tires that come on the bike are usually good for 9k - 10k miles.

I wouldn't buy a bike without ABS.

I concur.

I would. I've ridden since the 70's and never had to rely on ABS.

It would probably be nice.

Maybe once you have ABS you can't ride without it... :D

Once you've benefitted from it, you won't want to ride without it.

Guess if I lived in a more populated area and rode in more traffic I'd make it a higher priority. If the next bike I have has it great, if not.... oh well....

Or if you've had someone make a left turn in front of you at 80 mph.

I had ABS on my '08 Ultra and it was great

If I buy a new bike again it will have ABS :yep:

That being said I don't have it now :ohno:

I don't know about the ABS...but I just got a 12 Voyager with 17,000 on it .....Paid 12,000 out the door with a 3yr warranty.....warranty was just over a grand so 10,500 - 11,000 is a good price for this bike .......Haveing come from the big Harleys to the Voyager ....I can truthfully say .........a brand new Voyager will be my next bike.....unless a victory which I haven't ridden tops the list . yes the Harley has the polish but the voyager looks good as well.....but the Voyager is a better machine hands down.

It would be more appealing if they Voyager had adjustability in the tourpak. There's not that much room behind the rider. With HD, it can be adjusted. With a CCT, there's a lot more room.
