View Full Version : Vance & Hines Muffler Baffle

Couldn't believe it. Looked at one of my Vance & Hines muffler on my Nomad 1500 and one of the baffles was almost hanging completely out of the end of the muffler. A friend made an end for the baffle and we put it back in but now that muffler is louder than the one on the other side and it backfires occasionally. Is this something to be concerned about? Any input will be appreciated.

I would send it back. I had a defective slipmon, they replaced it within 7 days. The inner baffle was welded all funky and did not match the left side muffler.
