KK32001015 - Is there any substitute for this OEM lightbar under $400? I find it ridiculously expensive, but I can't find anything cheaper that fits my bike exactly. I've seen a ton of alternatives for the 1600 and Cobra lights, but haven't found a cheaper alternative. Anybody else run into this?

I helped Joe Norris from http://www.chucksterscustoms.com/ (http://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.chucksterscustoms.com%2F&h=SAQH-b0GW&enc=AZNbhJN2VPpyW-S4k_tRJE99A72UHRRBggbRelyix84G_MCuRjxOpZEhu-pGrTHLx16ksXvYFjfPm0Lzi_vcIKJhVXVaky8fEGET8DQsZM9d I7ZYfiwNBa0S9F7IO26oJeWhDkTPBhXPJ6jT3AG92K7h&s=1) install Axillary Driving lights on my wife's 1700 Nomad this Saturday. He used her Nomad to " Kit " this for the 1700 Nomad.

Joe is a great guy to work with and very professional.
He has quality products and stands behind them 100%.
That being said, just my opinion but the lights he uses for his lightbar look to old fashion for a current bike.
They look great on my Drifter, but did not like them on my Nomad.
I went with the Cobra lights which look much better.
Again, just my opinion.

I can get a few different options for lights, let me know your ideas

What Im trying to do is match against the headlight bucket shape as close as possible.

Here's the Grote lights used with the Worlds Cheapest Lightbar. Reasonably priced and easy to do using the existing bar and moving the turn signals to a stalk/strap.
