Can anyone tell me how to pause the Ipod from the handlebar audio controls? I've figured out everything else, but can't find a pause function.

Cant say that I have ever paused the Ipod. I just turn it off and then on again when ready.

Here's what I tried yesterday in order to avoid reaching for the dash all the time. With the ipod playing, hit the mode button on the grip control 3 times. you may hear some mild static, but when you are ready to resume playing the ipod, just hit the mode button once.

I was trying to figure out if you could switch shuffle on/off too. Sometimes it seems like its in shuffle mode, but not sure why, maybe it depends on the mode the ipod is in when you connect it??

I think the Ipod will run in Shuffle if that is what it is set to. I believe the EQ settings will also still affect the music stream to the Kawi stereo. Worth playing with the EQ settings as the stock stereo head has pretty limited adjustments and sounds pretty muddy, particularly at speed.
