I grew up in the U.K in the 70's, the days of Mods and Rockers.
Rockers rode Triumphs, BSA's and Nortons, Mods rode Lambrettas and Vespas.

One of the most underrated bands ever! Tommy,the Who's "rock opera" got more accolades but I think Quadrophenia may have been Pete Townsend's best work, his opus being "Love, Reign O'er Me."

I am still here and get to see those old bikes most weekends, this time of year we got bike/car/truck/steam engine rallies all over the shop, when i learn how to transfer pictures i will whack a few on here. Give :Who,s next: a listen, their best album i reckon. :tup::cheers:
