Does anyone have a Vaquero trike?
Kawasaki doesn't make one so how do you go about getting a trike?
I've seen some nice trikes but sadly, none were the Vaquero!!
Thanks

So, trikes are only in "kit" form?
There must be a "trike" dealership???
Thanks!

Harley is the only manufacturer who builds a factory trike. Other makes are either third party conversions or come in kit form.

True, they make a three wheeled vehicle, but I don't consider it a trike.

So the Goldwing Trikes are 3rd party, not Honda? Didn't know that.
Of course, the one I was looking at listed at $47,000 so I didn't ask many questions:crazy:

I know a shop here in the Phoenix area that does dozens of Goldwing trike conversions a year. Honda does not make them.

When I rented a Harley TriGlide in March I was told by several people that Harley does not technically "manufacture" them, that they're Lehman kits, assembled in the Harley plant. Those sources were also quick to add it is the only trike to carry a full factory warranty on all parts. Not sure how true that is...just passing it on.

Yep, the Honda dealership I worked at would send the GW off to have the kits put on.

I don't know about more money than a Harley or any other Trike (doubt it) when you buy a new bike and have the kit installed. I think a Triglide is right there with an RT Limited on price. I know it will ride, handle, and brake better because it is designed and engineered to be a three wheel vehicle. My wife has one and I enjoy riding it a lot.

I don't get trikes. I would rather just get a BMW Z4 used for same price.
