It looks like it will turn out pretty good!

It does begs the questions, at least in my mind, what is it about the 900 that keeps you from getting a Nomad? By the time you fabricate brackets to mount the bags and repaint the bags to match, etc, you most likely could have sold the 900 and purchased a older Nomad.

Might be that all he needs is a 900 and he is happy with it.....specially now!!

Rasta as my name is NICOLA means I'm a woman

and I like the 1600 Nomad when I tested it I found it heavy and solo seat choice is bad and I live in a town so the bigger bike is a pain to lump around as I ride all year round

So 900 is flickible through town and I get both feet on the floor

Ah! Sorry didn't even make a connection with the name! Like I said, all that matters is you are happy with the bike and what you have done with it! Enjoy the ride!!

I like the 900 and I think it is a perfect bike for a woman. Nimble and light gets great gas milage,, Person could do worse
Its going to look sweet with those bags on there too.

This post begs the question, why don't we have a symbol by our name as to male or female?
The archery site I used to frequent had that feature and it was pretty handy.

I like the look. I had a VN800A model that I installed a fairing and hardbags. Very nimble and easy to handle in city traffic. Keep us updated.

Good job, nice looking ride.
BTW, I ride with a friend who has a VN900. He is 6'2"ish and 300+ pounds of B.A. Biker. As previously mentioned, it's that you ride, not what you ride.
