Any one try this air kit from thunder air? I don't wanna open up the filter and this look to be a great alternative using the stock cover and all. but it will give it better air flow. Just wanted to get some of you guys opinion..

I have the tornado kit. That with pipes and fuel controller will wake the bike and put a big smile on to face. Be prepared for a louder bike as the stock intake really muffles the noise.

do you have any pics of it? how did it perform? gas mileage up or down? and with this air intake it shouldn't have any issues with water getting in it?

Would it be safe to say that if riding in the rain with this type of set up that no water will get to it?

I have the Chuckster's air filter set up. Works good and looks like stock.

+1 on Chucksters kit. Looks stock but gives the engine all the air it needs.
Combined with the Cobra Powerpro its a big improvement over the stock performance.

What pics do you want. Just looking at the bike it looks stock. Don't know what effect the kit had on mileage but with my set up I have been getting around 37,5 mpg for the past 6,000 or so miles. That's calculated at pump mpg not indicated on the guesstimator.
