Headed to the darkside on my Voyager

Just ordered the Austone 175r16 tire. Have ridden a car tire for many years on my Valkyrie. Don't really like the way the 205 series handles so I'm gonna try this tire. A lot of my fellow Valkyrie riders swear by it claiming it handles almost like a M/C tire but last way longer. Once I get it mounted headed for a 1800 to 2000 mile trip into the smokies. Was wondering if anyone else is running this tire on the 1700's?

Tell me again how to compare MC tire wall height to car tire height. - I'm contemplating the change, but I can't get any shorter, I occasionally scuff my mufflers as it isI used a tire calculator and also saw photo's of it next to a Valkyrie stock tire which is 180/70/16 and the Austone was about a inch taller.
