View Full Version : What day do plan on arriving for Rally at Estes?

Would be interesting to know when people plan on being at the rally. This way it might help others to come early if they see others might be there too, to hang out with.

Well my reservation is for Monday and I don't want to sleep in the parking lot I guess I will arrive on Monday.

You should change it to sunday TC so you could ride in with the NC group since you will be traveling the same highway.

I'll be riding north to Estes Park from Pueblo on Monday the 24th, so I plan to arrive around noon.

Well, it's going to be a hard push to make it there by Sunday.:lmao: I plan on being there so I can get things set up by Monday morning to greet everyone.

Depends on which way I go from Dillon, CO on Monday. Probably get in early afternoon. If the weather is good it will take me longer while I stop to look at the scenery.

You might have to stay a couple nights on the way:D

The way it looks even though I am not attending the rally I might me able to ride to Estes with the NCR group on Sunday and meet a few of you folks in person that I have met on the WWW. Then turn around on Monday or Tuesday to head back home.

We will be leaving either Glenwood Springs or Steamboat Springs for Estes Park on Monday morning. Should be there early afternoon on Monday.

My wife and I will be in Colorado the weekend before and leaving Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. Might try to swing by if some people are going to be there early. It would be fun to meet some of you.

I'll start to mosey that way on Sun. Going through West Yellowstone and the Tetons. Should pull in on Mon. afternoonish .

Latest list update shows 85 people. For a group that includes over 2500 members...that IS pretty sad....but it's about those who ARE there, not those who aren't. We'll party like it's 1999...!!

Kawhead ,Coach, Amy, and NomadTom will be there Monday afternoon. If you all are nice might just have some REAL bootleg moonshine if my friend and get in touch with the Maker

Well...it is 5:10 am...all packed and ready to head out soon. First stop is Missoula, MT., where our crew will hook up with Schoeney for the run down Hwy 93 through Idaho tomorrow enroute to Alpine, WY. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do...one of my favorite roads of all time...:tup:. In Alpine we will hook up with Caribou and his wife for the ride to Craig, CO. We'll hook up with Landman there and have a group of six bikes when we roll into Estes on Monday. Let's get this party started.....:cheers:!

Cindy and I left NY State on Thursday.
Did 480 miles first day and weather was great.
Stayed in Toledo Ohio for the night.
Left this morning figuring on another 4 or 500 mile day.
Ran into downpour and lightning after 285 miles.
Holed up in Morris Illinois for the night.
Hope for good weather tomorrow and maybe get in 500 miles.
