Please let me know if you are coming or have changed plans and aren't coming after registering. I need to make sure I have an accurate count for the banquet.

Well folks, time is going quickly on the 2013 VBA National Rally. We are 7 weeks away from meeting in Estes Park, CO. If you have made plans and reservations I would strongly suggest that you make sure they are correct. If you haven't made reservations at the Rodeway Inn in Estes Park, you have a little more than 3 weeks to get the rally rate.

For more information you can visit the Rally thread @

http://www.vulcanbagger.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=76

or the Web Page for the rally @

If you have any questions please contact me.

NO HE'S NOT! Remember that hobo hat we found in Kanab and Joel and I kept putting it in each other's room? Well on the day of my departure he put it under my Air Hawk seat and I sat on the sombich all the way home for 500 miles!

He's doomed this time!!

Mike are we going to have our own Victory Tent??

Sure, you guys can shack up in your little tent or better yet, build a fort and you can light farts or do whatever it is you do to amuse yourselves. :P

Yes, I remember the hat. I was in on the gag.

Arizona must get pretty boring durning the summer for some of those great ideas you have! What happened to dressing up farm animals in women's clothing?

You knew about the hat?? >: Note to self; add Scott to the LIST! :P

The North Central Region will have a tent set up to try and contain some of the craziness associated with some of our members (you know who you are), you are more than welcome to come and partake.

I must confess, I was weak and fell to temptation. She is a Sunset Red 2013 Cross Country Tour with all of the same stuff that was on my 2012. I pick her up tomorrow and will be putting all of the cool stuff that was on my old bike on her. I did have over 29,000 miles on the 2012 and felt with another summers riding I would have so many miles on her that it would be difficult to sell or trade. I believe that my wife will not be happy when she sees it :ohno:

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone there! I saw a current registration list, but how does it compare to past National rallies? I went to them, but can't say I remember the numbers

I went to the rally in Maggie Valley and it seems to me there where about 150 people there. However, I am old and my memory isn't what it once was.

when I traded my 2005 C50T for my 2007 Nomad, my wife didn't even notice. They were both black bikes. I told her about 2 weeks later. :D

The only reason my wife will notice is because it is red, to her all bikes look the same.

I knew a lawyer years ago who would buy a new Mercedes every year. Always the same model and color. His clients never caught on. :D

My son traded his 650 Yamaha V-star for a Kawasaki 1500 classic. Both were black. My wife didn't notice and didn't want to believe me when I told her he had a new bike.

I have noticed that several people have changed plans from the regional boards. Please look over the attendee list and make sure it is accurate. If you have changed plans and you aren't making make sure you let me know.
