Vaquero turn signal lenses

Has anyone out there found a vendor that can supply replacement turn signal lenses in either clear or smoked for the amber ones that come on the Vaquero/Voyager 1700?

At one time, I saw some being sold in Europe somewhere.

The other day I saw these on eBay, and I think they look curiously familiar. I wish there were more pics (I didn't follow up with any other searches)
