What do you use? I've been using various brands of tire & wheel cleaners from the auto parts store. They all say 'safe for all types of wheels' color coated etc. They had a sale on Meguiar's brand so I bought 2 for $10. I'm reading the bottle and it says 'not for motorcycles' or 'aftermarket' wheels. I call Meguiar's and they say that motorcycle wheels are like 'aftermarket' wheels and it could hurt the finish. Sounds ridiculous. So I go back to Advance Auto to find another product. Every one except the Armorall brand says 'not for motorcycles'. They all say to keep off bare aluminum parts and brake areas. Haven't had any problems for the last year and a half. Just wonder what's the safest to use.

I use Bugslide on everything. It's pricey, I like it.

I use my wife's toothbrush, she hasn't figured out what that polish taste is yet, I keep telling her it just her brand of toothpaste.

I use Spray Nine, it works good on keeping the whitewalls clean with the aid of a scrub brush.

I use Suzuki wash. Spray it on and hose it off (the whole bike). A friend told me about it, and he uses it all the time on his Ultra Classic. I don't know if all the spray on hose off stuff is the same or not, I just use this cause it works.

Westley's Bleach White does a great job on tires and whitewalls. Leaves no residue.

It used to be Hondaline spray polish but now it's called something else. It's in a black and pink can. Works great on everything: windshields, chrome, tires, wheels. It comes in two different sized cans. I keep a small can with a cloth on both of my bikes. It's great for helmet faceshields.
Plus you'll be popular with your riding buddies. They won't have to use the nasty gas station squeegee on their faceshields.
