It's so easy to change the clutch spring that a two year old can do it!

He loved taking all the tools and 'fixing' daddy's bike. I had to be careful to keep the business ends away from the paint though. Haha. You can see the old spring under his foot.

But in all seriousness, it was SUPER easy to do. Just followed the instructions on Gadget's site. Did the swing arm lubrication while I had the bags/exhaust off.

Too bad the Iowa winter will keep me from testing it for a while.....

For future reference, an impact driver takes the nut off in about 2 seconds, with no jamming of the clutch basket needed.

Yeah the impact def made it way easier. This picture was torquing it back up. I had a minor panic though. Broke part of the penny. It fell down and I couldn't find it at first, but it had gotten caught behind the gear and I was able to grab it.
