Can someone take a picture of their Vaquero and show me how you have your highway pegs put on? I cant decide how to do mine. They seem really far away for some reason.

I don't have a good pic. I'll try later when I get home. I have mine so on the brake side just above brake. That's the closest I could get them. Not bad for me I'm 6'3" long legs.

Mine are setup just like Rotoman40's. I don't have the heel support, but they're mounted in the same place and location. It all depends on your leg reach.

I believe when I ordered my grasshopper it showed that also but magically appeared within a couple days. Pegs in conjugation with that backrest is pure comfort. You'll love it2643

Anyone know diameter of crash bar? Mine is in storage (and not easily accessible) and looking to get some highway pegs on there too. Great pictures.

So how are the pegs? I just ordered a pair. You got them dialed in yet? I'm 6'4 so hoping I can move them forward a bit.

They are really good. You have to really make them tight to stay in place. You will have no problem adjusting them to you.

So got my crash bars back from powder coating. Started installing the black dualys but seems like they stick WAY off to each side. I'm 6'4 but seems too far out. Any ideas?

You have to turn the longhorns in at an angle. If you have them straight out to the side, they are going to be quite a reach.

Anyway to have long piece closer to bike rather than outside of crash bar?

I had the same problem, I got the Kuryakyn with the offset mounts, you can mount them in many different positions, and I was able to get the pegs about 3 inches closer to me, love them.

I was lucky enough to find some passenger pegs at my local dealer in the clearance bin for $10, got some clamps for $15 and they work perfect! I'm 6'2" and have them on my crash bars. Very comfortable.
