I just finalized everything as far as the Welcome Dinner, Finale Dinner and overall Itinerary. Three things that you should take note of:
1. The Welcome Dinner on Monday evening from 4-7pm is free to all rally attendees
2. The rides are all self-guided rides. There will be a table in the hotel lobby that will be designated the "Ride Table". It will be manned with those that can answer any riding questions you may have. We will also have ride maps and rides available in GPS coords by download before the rally.
3. The Finale Dinner on Thursday evening will start at 6pm. It is buffet style and will feature Tacos, Chimichangas, Beans, Mashed Potatoes, all the fixin's as well as dessert. Cost is $20.00 per person (cash only, includes price of meal, tax and gratuity) at the door. A cash bar will also be provided from 6-8pm and will feature $4.00 beer and wine.

Self-Guided ride. You may leave and ride at your leisure. Route information will be provided at the Ride Table in the Lobby of Rodeway Inn.
6:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. - Finale Dinner/Cash Bar/Door Prizes/Awards/Giveaways
Price: $20.00 per person payable in cash only at the Aspen Room door
- Cash Bar will be open from 6:00pm-8:00pm in Aspen Room (Cash only - $4.00 beer and wine - Alcoholic beverages are not included in the $20.00 dinner price)
