Anyone know where to get a nice radiator grill for 2011 Voyager? All I have seen is flames and skulls. Looking for classy looking well made chrome grill.

I'm sure someone thinks skulls and flames are "classy". :D

Ferreus Industries has a nice selection of grill covers for the 1500, 1600, and the 1700 models. Look on ebay. They are very reasonably priced.

With the heat "issues" in traffic on the 1700's I would not be cutting down on the airflow through the rad by fitting a grille over it. Although Jareds is a 1600 I think you can see how they impede the air flow ?

I have had my bike for almost two years and I have never had a heat issue. I guess I got one of the good ones.

Cobra makes one for the 900 that is just a chrome frame with the original screen in the middle. Would like to have one like that. Wonder if I could have the stock screen chromed? That might be the ticket.

I took my frame off and had it chromed. I left the screen black, because I saw a Nomad with a chrome screen and didn't like it. Paid $75 for the chrome job.

That looks sweet Gene. I never would have thought of that.

I like it. The neat thing about is I was able to ride the bike while it was in the chrome shop. The screen and frame are two separate pieces.

I bought a grill from Mikes custom grills. He has quite a few different designs so you should be able to find something you like.
Keeping in mind the heat issues, I went with the grim reaper design which covers little area and is, in my opinion, tastefully done. Only problem, is that they are extremely labour intensive to install on the Voyager. Thus, I have yet to install mine on my bike.
I had purchased a different design from him for my '06 Nomad, which was a breeze to install and thus figured that it would be the same for the Voyager. Not so and, while I think that I've come up with a relative easy way to install it, won't know until Spring.
Hope this helps.
BTW, Mikes is, in my opinion, one of the best after market suppliers that I've dealt with, bar none. Excellent customer service.
