Very interesting... Are you considering using it with the iPod integration wire from the Voyager?

I'm not sure how to go, I may get blue tooth for my helmet and use the XM in my Zumo 665. My wife just got a Spyder and it might work on that as well.

I have a zumo 665 also and found that the audio over Bluetooth was pretty bad. Like an old portable am radio from the 60s. Its ok for gps audio instructions but sucks for music. I don't usually listen to music when I ride but occasionally on long haul interstate I will. I got a Boostaroo inline amp http://boostaroo.com/store/12-Volt-Revolution-Amplifier-for-Car-and-Motorcycle-Audio-R234-MC.html with splitter and use it with the audio line out. Plug it into the audio out plug on the gps wiring harness. All of the audio comes out clear. We use the cardo scala headsets on both full and half hats.

Interesting. We need a volunteer to purchase, sync to an Android, and see if the Vaquero (and like models) integrated stereo controls will then control the Android player. And the Holy Grail would be the display to actually show track information!
I don't even have the iPod kit in mine, as I don't own an iPod! Volunteers?

I think it would transmit the sound via the Bluetooth device advertised, but I don't think it could utilize other functions of the radio.

I believe it has to be an Ipod for the controls to work. If you want to go this route, then just get the Ipod or audio adapter and plug your music into it. The Ipod Nano is the way to go. Small as can be. Just plug it in and forget about it. I have one and it works great. 1700 songs on the 16GB and it's barely half full. A second option I use is an older Garmin 760 GPS. It has Bluetooth and an Mp3 player as well as an FM transmitter. So I can wirelessly transmit music and GPS to the radio. The music cuts out when directions are given. even made a phone call or two but it was a bit hard for the other person to hear me yelling over the engine noise. But you can hear the caller with no problem. Kennedy's makes modules to connect cellphones through your audio system but I don't know if they make one for Kaws. And making phone calls while riding really isn't that important to me. We use the Kaw headsets and are very pleased with them.

That's some good info. When making a change there are so many choices.
