So, we just brought home our first Nomad. 2005 1600. It was tough to trade in my '86 Honda Magna...(Jake was good to me for many years!!), but after one ride on the Nomad - I made a great choice!
So now it is time to accessorize but I am not sure where to start. It's pretty much stock, with the exception of the pipes. Here is my wish list:
Lowers
Light bar
Radio
heel guards
luggage rack
driver backrest

Any ideas for me?

Yes..... go pull up a chair and fetch us some beers and we will talk.......

Start with lowers. Then backrest, then luggage rack.... you'll thank me

Welcome from Georgia. Get a Stebel air horn. The stock horn is useless.

Welcome to the Nomad Family. It is a great bike. I know that you will have as much fun as I did getting all the goodies on your bike. This bike looks good just stock but a few accessories really make it stand out.

Greetings Neighbor, from ND

the top saddle bag rails, and the front fender rail are a must, adds a lot of "BLING"

Grasshopper LTD makes areal nice drivers back rest, reasonable too.

Enjoy the Nomad, I've only put on about 150 miles this year so far, but just wait !!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW! This is great! I am so excited to get riding - today was 76 but the weekend will be 46! I'm riding anyway! Already started shopping - going for the lowers and the backrest...wife said to add the luggage rack and the saddle bag rails so I think I'll get all four and make it a gift to her too!!

Pics are on the way!

Congrats from Texas!! Fantastic ride, you'll love every mile. All suggestions are great. Check out Gadgets web site. Ideas enough to keep you busy for years!

Start by taking out the stock baffles. Then get some highway pegs and a backrest. Luggage rack is a neccesity if you do trips 2 up.
