wider rear tire on 1500?

Dennis kirk had in their Metzler ME880 section that you could go up to a 160/80-16 on the rear. Anybody tried this? Was just curious if it made a big difference or not.

That's what I use exactly, and it fits. Just barely, but it fits. Makes the speedo a little more accurate as well.

I have the Dunlop Elite3 in that size on mine. It works and did true up the speedometer some.
