Is there a step by step thread out there to fix the intake leak problem on the Vulcan Vaquero? I'm ready to tackle the problem just need some reinforcement, (photos, do's and donts)

Thanks, Gar

I think there is a gasket available somewhere that fixes that leak. The other way is with a milling machine, which requires a lot more work.
I can't remember where the gaskets can be had.

I believe my thread from last year when I showed my fix for the vacuum leaks is titled "vaquero vacuum leaks" or something like that. Also Thunder has come out with a simple fix for the throttle body to intake manifold area, it is a inexpensive gasket. Vulcan owners have installed the gasket and have been pleased with the improvements in performance due to eliminating whatever amount of vacuum leakage their skoot had.
