Saddlebag Lock

Anybody got any idea how to change a lock cylinder on a voyager saddlebag? Had to replace my bag and it didn't come with a lock. Tried changing the whole lock assembly but one of the screws stripped out.

Hit a deer. Finally got the lock taken care of. Had to take off the whole latch mechanism and transfer it to the new bag. I'm sure someone makes some sort of master key to transfer just the lock but I couldn't find one online anywhere.

Sorry to hear about the stupid wildlife. At least you don't have to worry about hitting a Sasquatch like Loafer.
